Description:
Leyden Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Mid Level Counterintelligence (CI) Desk Officer to support a client program at Fort Meade. Our desk officers are highly motivated individuals whose primary responsibilities are to manage CI professionals in the field. Our professional candidates are passionate about their responsibilities as desk officers.
This is a full-time on-site position located at Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities:
· The CI Investigations Desk Officer shall integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Counterintelligence Investigations and Operations.
· Review and analyze reporting and case files related to CI investigations and produce Analytical Reviews.
· Analytical Reviews will identify investigative gaps and operational potential, to include CI flags, CI indicators, and operational vulnerabilities which pose a CI threat to HUMINT activities and produce comprehensive CI reviews.
· Conduct coordination among analytical elements of the DoD, ACIC, Army Service Component Commands, other government agencies, and DA for CI investigations matters and provide threat- related data back to the division as it relates to CI investigations.
· Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational briefings with Government Team/Branch/Division Chiefs.
· Review active and terminated investigations for vulnerabilities, leads, and trends and prepare them for retirement.
· Develop counterintelligence products as required IAW this PWS.

Minimum Requirements
· Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following:
o High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

o Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR-
o Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
-OR-
o Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
· Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:
o Army - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
o Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
o Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor.
o Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
· Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst
· Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA
· Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume:
o Understanding of Intelligence Cycle
o Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
o Familiarization with DCGS-A
· Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
· Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
· Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.
· Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
· Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
