Required Experience and Technical Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, data analytics or a related degree.
  • Minimum 10 years senior, expert experience in federal government (intelligence, defense, law enforcement community) leading and/or coordinating multiple, complex projects with frequent aggressive and/or competing deadlines.
  • Expertise writing, editing, and producing resource-focused summary papers, reports, and briefs containing written analyses, justifications, and graphics describing data related to operational outcomes, such as congressional justifications, fiscal summaries, position papers, and talking points for executive-level and external agency audiences.
  • Outstanding briefing and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise researching and analyzing data, written information, and programmatic outcomes to assess risks, formulate recommendations, and present written financial analysis and data which aligns with organizational goals.
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Expertise applying operational objectives and outcomes to fiscal goals and objectives
  • Expertise using MS Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables, PowerPoint presentations and demonstrative graphics, Word documents, and SharePoint lists and workflow tools.
  • Expertise writing resource justifications for Congressional, OMB, DOJ, and ODNI audiences.
  • Expertise and demonstrated success working with an Executive Staff-Level.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who takes initiative and proactively resolves issues.
Preferred Experience and Technical Qualifications
  • MBA or master’s degree in economics, data analytics, or a related degree.
  • Planning, programming budgeting and execution system experience with regard to fiscal planning, programming, or administration.
  • Certified as a Program Management professional or related certification.
